This apartment has a superb location in one of the country's most beautiful and best conserved Regency Crescents. It just seconds from Meadfoot Beach and is situated in the sought after Meadfoot residential area of Torquay which is itself just a fifteen minute walk away from Torquay town centre and harbour. A few foot steps away is the South West Coastal path.

 The apartment is on the first floor of the property and overlooks the rear of the crescent. 

Immediately on the left as you enter the apartment is the fully refitted bathroom which features an oversized shower as well as a basin and toilet.

There is a step down from the hallway into the living room area which has a comfrtable sofa and footstool which doubles up as a very convenient coffee table. There is a large falt screen SMART TV and a dining area which can also double up as a useful space to work for geusts who are away on business or a workcation.The apartment has a surpisringly spacious and  very well equipped kitchen with full sized oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer plus much else besides. Guests are provided with a welcome pack of teas and coffees etc.

The apartment benefits from its own allocated parking space and comes with free wifi as well as free incoming calls on the telephone.

There is a peaceful, bedroom with a king sized bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress. All bed linen and towels are included and for guests staying longer than seven nights a complimentary bedding and towel change is offered together with a light clean. The bedroom has a generous amount of storage space.

Just a few steps from the apartment is some stunning coastal scenery and it takes but a few seconds to get down onto Meadfoot Beach.
